Finding the perfect size
Every business has very specific cutting requirements, and Zünd provides the solutions to match them. From the chart below, select an appropriate size for the media you will be processing (or, if you prefer, call us for advice). 6 different widths and 5 different lengths are available, for a total of 14 different models ranging from 800mm x 800mm / 31”x31” to 3,200mm x 3,000mm / 126”x118”.

| Conveyor extensions are used to facilitate loading or unloading materials while cutter operations continue. Depending on the application, an extension can be added to the rear (load area) of the machine or the front (off-load area). These extensions provide additional work surface only (not active cutting area!). Extensions are available in different lengths, and depending on the size of the cutter, can be equipped with an auxiliary drive system for quicker advance speed. Rear extensions are used predominantly in applications that require an overlay material for cutting. Front extensions allow the operator to off-load (sort/inspect) cut materials while cutting continues in the active cutting area of the machine. |
