The Zünd M-800 pattern cutter is the classic configuration for producing patterns for the shoe industry. With a full range of combination tool heads and inserts for cutting, plotting, and routing, the system can be configured to meet specific cutting requirements dictated by the types of materials that need to be processed.
The Zünd can also be used to cut the full gamut of shoe sole materials-sole leather, stabilizing materials, Texon and other non-woven insoles and linings. The pneumatic oscillating tool makes it possible to cut foam, cork, rubber and other materials used in orthopedic applications with superb accuracy.
